Celazole® T-series products are PBI alloys designed for injection molding and extrusion. Combining the superior mechanical properties and thermal resistance of PBI with the melt process ability of polyaryletherketones (PEEK), these products offer cost-effective high performance. This group contains four alloys available in pellet form. T-Series pellets are supplied by worldwide by Victrex Plc and in Japan by PBI Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

TU-60 [ Top ]

This unfilled melt processable PBI/PEEK blend offers excellent mechanical properties, including modulus, thermal resistance and fatigue resistance. TU-60 is a general-purpose high performance product offering the friendliest process ability and is most suitable for complex geometries.

TF-60C [ Top ]

This carbon reinforced PBI/PEEK blend offers superior strength, high modulus, excellent heat resistance, superior wear resistance and super low creep at high temperatures. It is also static dissipative. TF-60C is particularly well suited for parts that require high strength, must retain their shape, resist deflection through repeated load cycles, and resist wear. Highly suited for semiconductor, electronic, and mechanical applications.

TF-60V [ Top ]

This glass reinforced melt processable PBI/PEEK blend offers thermal and electrical insulation, wear resistance, and very high dimensional stability. TF-60V makes an excellent high temperature electrical insulator, and is also an excellent choice for parts requiring minimal thermal expansion.

TL-60 [ Top ]

This lube grade melt processable PBI/PEEK blend offers superior wear resistance, super low friction, chemical resistance and high load bearing capability. TL-60 is particularly well suited for thrust bearings, seals, and washers where a superior low wear rate and low running temperature maximize equipment uptime in chemical, petrochemical, and moving part applications.
